Program Information
UC Davis ArtsBridge offers immersive, sequential classroom projects in art, dance, drama, music and the digital arts. Projects are tailored to individual classroom needs, with an emphasis on culturally relevant pedagogy that promotes community and student empowerment through the arts.
Programming options that ArtsBridge provides to partner schools include:
Up to 10 weeks of hands-on classroom arts instruction in the visual and performing arts, taught by top UC Davis graduate and undergraduate students;
Classroom visits by teaching artists through our partnerships with Mondavi Center’s Artists on Tour program, Kennedy Center Partners in Education, and Sacramento Area Youth Speaks;
Professional Development opportunities for classroom teachers through our partnership with the Sierra North Arts Project.
Fee for service: $150/hour
